    Under the supervision of our advisers, Mr. Sophon Chantrema, former Chief Judge of the Central Tax Court and Mr.Pichai Techopitayakul former Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Department in the Supreme Court together with Mr.Arnon Singsomboon the managing director, RALC aims to be the best legal consultant for both the private and public sector in Thailand.

    Among all practice areas we offer services, RALC has substantial experience dealing with business rehabilitation under the Bankruptcy Act and complex litigation cases especially for and against the Company which enters into Business Rehabilitation Process. We have represented clients, as the debtor or the creditor, of more than 50 companies. Many of the cases which we have represented the debtor were ordered by the Court to be entered into business rehabilitation process and achieved successful business rehabilitation under the Bankruptcy Act.
