Mr. Arnon Singsomboon
Qualifications:Mr. Arnon Singsomboon is the co-founder and Managing Director of RALC. He is an experienced litigator and lawyer, whose practice mainly focuses on business law, including taxation, debt restructuring and business rehabilitation under the Bankruptcy Act. During more than 28 years in this industry, he has been legal consultant for numerous Thai and foreign clients.
In additional, Mr.Arnon Singsomboon was also the commissioner to consider various bills, including the amendment of Bankruptcy Act, Civil and Commercial Code, during the legislative process in the Parliament of Thailand.
Mr. Natthongchai Chirapongudom
Qualifications:Mr. Natthongchai Chirapongudom is senior legal consultant at RALC. For more than 29 years of practicing law, he is an experienced litigator, whose practice mainly focuses on business law, including dispute resolution, international trade and the lawsuit for and against financial institution.
Mr. Pricha Pongprasit
Qualifications:Mr. Pricha Pongprasit is senior legal consultant at RALC. He has experienced in litigation and providing legal consult for more than 30 years. His practice mainly focuses on business law, including international trade and customs law.

Mr.Pichai Techopitayakul
Education background:Mr.Pichai Techopitayakul is the adviser of Legal Department at RALC. He has substantial experience in the areas of litigation especially in bankruptcy and business rehabilitation law. He is former Chairman of the Bankruptcy Department in the Supreme Court of Thailand and Senior Judge of the Central Bankruptcy Court of Thailand.
